Tip 11: Treat yourself occasionally
Tip 12: Have cheat meals instead of cheat days
Tip 13: Don’t feel sorry for yourself
Tip 14: Manage sleep and stress
Tip 15: Add yoga and meditation into your daily routine
Tip 16: Join the gym and go to classes
Tip 17: Set a realistic target of exercising x number of times a week
Tip 18: Change up your exercise routine so you don’t get bored
