Natural Beautification with Influencer Casey Cleaver

Casey came to visit Dr. Rosh for a consultation regarding a number of tweaks she wanted him to review. Dr. Rosh carefully examined her face and conducted his ‘facial mapping’ technique to provide a detailed opinion on the areas that could benefit from slight improvements.

Casey loved her results from her last visit and was extremely open to hearing what Dr.Rosh would recommend this time. Once Dr Rosh had facial mapped, both himself and Casey agreed on a few small touch’s to the cheeks, jaw and lips.

Adding volume and structure to the cheeks, Dr Rosh used both cannula and needle techniques to achieve this look. A cannula was also used on the jaw to restructure and snatch the it in further.

Lip Flip and Filler was used on the lips for this patient. This is something Dr Rosh recommended due to Casey losing her top lip when conversating. Adding Botulinum toxin injections to the top lip allows the lip to be pulled up further, creating a fuller finish – something not always filler can achieve. To keep both the top and bottom lips looking full, Dr Rosh added a small amount of filler to the bottom to ensure they both looked symmetrical.
