CX-5 Tips | Set the Clock Mazda Connect Infotainment Settings

I started this video to show how to change the time, but I decided there’s so many awesome settings to be customized I should go over them also. This is the 6th generation Mazda Connect infotainment system and is the most used in the current vehicle offerings. I’m covering the specific system in the 2020 Mazda CX-5 Touring.

Here are some chapters for quick reference:
1:02 Display settings (Brightness/Contrast)
1:18 Safety settings (Smart City Brake Support, Blind Spot Monitoring)
1:49 Sound settings (bass, treble, fade, balance, etc)
1:52 Clock & Time
2:56 Vehicle settings (locks, lights, rain sensing wipers)
4:40 Device settings (Bluetooth)
4:57 System settings (distance units, temperature)

Also I did not elaborate on the Coming home and Leaving home light options. When you don't have the automatic lights engaged you can pull the lights stem when vehicle is in ACC or OFF then the low beam lights will come on for the set time (30s, 60s, or 90s). The Leaving home light is activated when you hit the unlock button once on the key fob. The low beam lights will come on and light up for you to enter the vehicle.

Also when setting the clock, GPS sync only works when you have the Navigation SD card installed.

Please comment below any other questions. Thanks for watching.
