Working alongside the event organisers, Procurement Leaders, we created a range of branded environments, feature spaces and exhibitor areas — from concept development through to manufacture, install and on-site support.

Richard takes us on a not-at-all-cheesy tour of some of the spaces, features and activations Team MxL delivered across the event!:

🤝 60+ exhibitor spaces – complete with double custom banner wraps, integrated screens and exhibitor-chosen furniture
🎥 Broadcast Studio – a dedicated content hub for live-streaming, positioned above the show floor with adjoining green room facilities
🌿 Sustainability Lounge – relaxed breakout setting featuring meeting spaces, planting and grass-effect flooring
🎤 Tech Showcase – adaptable presentation space hosting live talks and demos
🥤 Hydration Station – serving complimentary smoothies and soft drinks, complete with an ice sculpture
📣 Headline Stand – large-scale feature space for headline sponsors, GEP Worldwide
🕹️ Coupa Arcade Area – interactive gaming area with retro favourites, including Mario Kart and pinball
