German Potato Pancakes - Kartoffelpuffer

Because I love them so much. And my wife does too. And I had them in the states and they just aren't done right.

So, here you go... German Potato Pancakes just like my grandma used to make.

Ingredients (for 2 people - gives about 7 to 8 Kartoffelpuffer)

5 medium sized potatoes
1 Onion
2 Eggs
4 tablespoons flour
Spices (Pepper, Salt, Nutmeg)
