Konkani Fish Curry के लिए सामग्री :


मछली (Fish) —500 ग्राम (Surmai, Bangda या आपकी पसंद की)
नारियल (Coconut) — 1 कप, कद्दूकस किया हुआ
प्याज़ (Onion) — 1 मध्यम, बारीक कटा हुआ
सूखी लाल मिर्च (Dry Red Chilli) — 4-5
सूखा कोकम (Dry Kokam) — 3-4 टुक1 बड़ा चम्मच
टमाटर (Tomato) — 1 मध्यम, बारीक कटा हुआ
सिचुआन काली मिर्च (Sichuan Pepper) —1/2 छोटा चम्मच
मालवणी चटनी (Malvani Chutney) —2 बड़े चम्म

कड़ी पत्ता (Curry Leaves) —8-10
हल्दी पाउडर (Turmeric Powder) — 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
नमक (Salt) —स्वाद अनुसार
तेल (Oil) — 2 बड़े चम्मच

हरा धनिया (Fresh Coriander) — 2 बड़े चम्मच,
बारीक कटा हुआ
साबुत धनिया (Coriander Seeds) — 1 छोटा चम्मच



Crispy Fish Fry के लिए सामग्री :

मछली (Fish) — 4-5 पीस (Surmai या Bangda)
अदरक-लहसुन पेस्ट (Ginger-Garlic Paste) —1 बड़ा चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर (Red Chilli Powder) —1 छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर (Turmeric Powder) — 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
नींबू का रस (Lemon Juice) — 1 बड़ा चम्मच
नमक (Salt) — स्वाद अनुसार
सूजी / रवा (Semolina) — कोटिंग के लिए
तेल (Oil) — तलने के लिए
