ZX9R project Carb rebuild, float valves, pilot screw removal and synchronising.

In this video, I show what is happening when your fuel is leaking into the engine after not running for a few hours, fuel leaks into the cylinders from the carbs, because the float valves are worn.
I also show how i remove stuck pilot screws, clean up jets and set float heights. synching the carbs afterwards.

sorry I haven't been able to upload a video for a few weeks, I've had a bad back due to an accident, where i was hit from behind in a works vehicle. I'm on the mend now though.
