Neon Quartz Nail Art Tutorial

Just a few more weeks till summer comes to an end so before we get inspired to do fall nails I wanted to design a few more that shouted SUMMER! Of course neon colors are only a fave in the summer so creating neon quartz was a must do for me! Hope you guys enjoy this fun design!
