Basque Burnt Cheesecake | San Sebastian Cheesecake | Verbrannter Käsekuchen

Yes, it is burnt, cracked, jiggly, creamy, juicy, tasty & very easy to bake. This trending cake is soooo yummy! You will surely love this cake! I made this BASQUE BURNT CHEESECAKE with a little bit of twist in it. Instead of using flour or cornstarch, I used vanilla pudding powder (Vanille Puddingpulver). I also add a little bit of butter. It tastes a lot better!

Ingredients: (english)
550 g cream cheese
150 g sugar
3 eggs
1 pack (37g) vanilla pudding powder (can be substituted with 37 g flour or cornstarch + 1 tsp vanilla extract)
pinch of salt
50 g butter, melted & cooled
1 tbsp lemon juice
200 g whipping cream

Zutaten: (deutsch)
550 g Frischkäse
150 g Zucker
3 Eier
1 päckchen (37g) Vanillepuddingpulver
Prise Salz
50 g butter, geschmolzen und abgekühlt
1 TL Zitronensaft
200 g Schlagsahne

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 60 minutes.

Pan size: 8inch
