Madrid Stroller Baby Street Performer

On a recent visit to Madrid, Spain, this street performer was set up just outside Plaza Mayor. He is sittling on a stool (which is hidden by the drape) just behind the stroller and using the doll arms like a puppet. His comments looking up and to his right were being made to some construction workers on scaffolling who were harrassing him. Whenever anyone would put money in his can, he would applaud and clap his hands. Pretty creepy, but hilarious.
