The Definitive Magnetoculture Experiment. Do plants with magnets outperform plants without?

This is an experiment that definitely tells if magnet underneath the root balls will outperform growth of the plants without magnet.
It is to test the claim of Ken Wheeler that magnet will promote growth of plants.
However Ken specified much stronger magnet (2 inch by 2 inch by 1 inch). The magnets used are 20mm disc N50 neodymium magnets.
