The induction deep fat fryer from Royal Catering makes it possible fry a variety of foods in either hot oil or fat. Crispy fries, spring rolls and chicken wings can be prepared easily. Even donuts and vegetables can be prepared in the two pools of the RCIF 10EB induction deep fat fryer. Thus this device is perfectly suitable for commercial kitchens, canteens, restaurants, bistros and other such gastro operations.
The RCIF 10EB induction deep fat fryer is made of stainless steel and impresses with its powerful 3500 Watts frying pool. The induction technology used t makes the fryer extremely energy-efficient, as shorter heat-up times are required. You save up to 30% energy compared to standard electrical fryers.
The fryer has a very large temperature range of 60-190 ° C. So, you can cook any food on the point. The desired temperature can be adjusted in 11 steps and is quickly reached. The lights show the current status (heating/keeping warm). With the built-in thermostat, the selected temperature is kept constant. The thermal safety device provides the device with the necessary security should the oil over heat.
