In this video tutorial, learn how to use Excel in iPhone. Excel mobile app is one of the apps that has experienced high installation in mobile devices in the recent years. It is a program that can be used by both beginners and seniors. This video is produced using an updated Excel app for 2024.

Excel mobile app is a spreadsheet program developed by Microsoft which runs on PCs, Mac, Android, iPhones, and iPads. It can be used for data analysis, calculations, and chart plotting. All these are covered in this video tutorial.

To use the spreadsheet program, you need to install it on your Apple phone first. Launch App Store app on your smartphone and search for Microsoft Excel. As it shows up in the search result, install it. After its installation, open it for use.

First, you will be landed on the start screen of the app. This displays blank workbook and other templates you can edit and save.

This tutorial covers how to work with the blank workbook. So, tap that option for the spreadsheet to open. A cell is selected on opening. You can double tap on the cell, and type the data you want to have in it.

The areas covered in this video includes Excel terms, rows, columns, use of formulas, the tabs, how to insert charts, pictures, how to save, how to export excel spreadsheet as PDF, send to email address, share to social media platforms users (WhatsApp, Facebook, others), and others.
