10 MIN LEG WORKOUT AT HOME | For Toned And Slim Thighs | NO EQUIPMENT and BEGINNER FRIENDLY

This is my leg workout that I do 3x a week AT HOME. I love this routine because it's INTENSE, even though it's only 10 minutes. Here are some tips to make sure that you follow this workout safely and get the best results out of it:- To protect your joints, NEVER let your knees pass the line of your toes.- When doing any type of squats or lunges, ALWAYS push through your heels on the way up.- There is something called mind-muscle connection, so think about your legs during this workout. you're here with me for those 12 minutes anyways haha. So make sure to concentrate and make the most out of them!
