Toronto Fire Trucks Out of Service Sign

I heard that a Mobile Sign was being driven around Toronto, advising residents that 4 trucks are being permanently shut down. I just caught a quick glimpse of it the other day. If I hear about it's future whereabouts, I'll try and get a better shot.
