FIRST IMPRESSIONS of Kotor, Montenegro | 24 hours in this charming city!

Despite its small size, Montenegro's charm is endless! In this video we are visiting Kotor a stunning medieval city located right at the base of Montenegro’s Bay of Kotor.

We started our day with a sunrise hike up to the Kotor fortress to take in the magnificent views. The hike starts in the old town and takes you up way too many steep steps to St. John's Fortress. The hike is short but very strenuous, our suggestion would be to go early, bring water, and wear hiking/tennis shoes!

Later in the day we enjoyed eating at Kotor's well known restaurant, Tangja. We highly recommend this restaurant. The staff at Tangja were so friendly, the food was mouth-watering, and the prices were very reasonable.

After a filling meal, we were content to stroll around old town soaking in the atmosphere and enjoying a refreshing dessert.
