Traeger timberline XL is a beast and such an amazing bit of kit couldn’t finish the cook outside as little one was in bed so had to come inside

Two hours at 250f on Traeger then seared in a pan with beef fat butter and bacon bits.

Then the sear while rubbing that butter all over.
