- 1/2 cuillère à café de vanille en poudre ou 1 à 2 gousses de vanille ou 2 sachets de sucre vanillé
- 3 jaunes d’œufs
- 70 g de sucre en poudre
Recipe :
- 30 cl milk
- 20 cl whole liquid cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder of coffee or 1-2 vanilla pods or 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 70 g of powdered sugar
