Crab Roe Noodles - Guangzhou, China

Another trending food in China is this crab roe noodles or rice. Basically they have a bowl of crab and roe goodness gravy for you to shower over your rice or noodles. I chose noodles because the noodles are seasoned so it would not be so bland like the plain steamed rice. The crab roe noodles were tasty but a little crabby so best to eat with the vinegar provided. The pork chop was part of the set meal I got from Group Buy which had great savings. Another trending item is the mochi dessert and I ordered the taro mochi and it was delicious! Not so sweet some more which was good! Make sure you try these when in Guangzhou! 😋
