Dutch MFA - Why does the Netherlands support Albanian Neo Nazi leaders in Macedonia?

I contacted the Netherlands Foreign Affairs Ministry after the Netherlands Ambassador to Macedonia, Wouter Plomp, has refused to condemn WW2 Albanian Nazi collaborator statues (such as Xhem Hasa Gostivari) built by Albanian leaders in Macedonia after the 2001 war.

The Netherlands MFA spokeswoman on the telephone asked that I send an email with my question - which I have. I await an official response.
