Devon Izara is different. She's young, she's a Twi'lek, and she is angry in the way only someone who had their entire future stolen from them can be. She watched the Order fall. She watched the galaxy bend the knee. And she has been biting her tongue every day since, following her master's lead, staying hidden, staying quiet. But quiet has limits. And Devon is reaching hers.
Marrok has no interest in their story. The Inquisitor doesn't care why they're hiding or what they lost or how long they've survived. Marrok is a weapon — one of the Empire's dark side enforcers — and he has been pointed directly at them. Whatever Marrok is beneath that mask, whatever secret makes him one of the most unsettling figures in the Shadow Lord roster, none of it changes what he's here to do. Hunt. Find. Eliminate.

What makes this fight hit so hard is what each fighter represents. Daki is the old Jedi Order refusing to die with dignity — he is patient, principled, and still standing. Devon is the next generation that never got to become what it was supposed to be — raw, furious, and fighting with everything she has. And Marrok is the Empire's answer to both of them — the dark side repackaged as a program, a system, a solution to the Jedi problem.
When these three collide in Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord, it isn't just an action sequence. It's the Empire trying to close a chapter it thought was already finished. And Daki and Devon refusing to let it.
