Cycle Sunday follows the progress of the frame up custom build of my dream roadbike, a Bianchi Oltre XR4. I am working with my mate Paul who runs the award winning Criterium Cycles in Edinburgh. In this episode we start the bike fit process, but you might be surprised we actually have to start by selecting the shoes, pedals and cleat system.
