BREAKING NEWS: 11 Year Old Admits Role in Racially Motivated Death of 8 Year Old Sentenced!

This morning, August 22, at 9 a.m., the hearing for the 11-year-old juvenile charged in the tragic death of Noah Bush began at the Wayne County Sheriff's Office. During the proceedings, the young defendant admitted to his role in the homicide, confessing to pushing 8-year-old Noah Bush into a clay pit filled with water and holding his head underwater, until he died.

The judge sentenced the 11-year-old to the maximum penalty of two years in confinement. The judge also set a hearing in 30 days on restitution or damage owed to the family.

Natalie Hardison, the mother of the 11-year-old, appeared via video during the hearing. She is currently incarcerated for providing false information to the police during the investigation into Noah Bush's death.

The 11-year-old was charged with Simple Battery, Involuntary Manslaughter, Concealing the Death of Another and Criminal Trespass. The 11-year-old was adjudicated delinquent for involuntary manslaughter.

Last month, another 10-years-old juvenile, was also sentenced to two years at the detention center.
