In today's video we will go through a 5 minute kick training routine to help you get better kicks! We will go through a variety of kicking drills to help build kicking strength, control, power, balance and mobility. This is a martial arts training routine that is great for improving performance and skill set no matter what style of martial arts you are currently studying. No equipment is needed and any level can follow along with no problem. Lets go!
