This video is a real time at home 20 minute full body workout. It was created and is guided by an NASM Certified Personal Trainer (me!). This low impact, muscle toning workout requires no equipment and tones your booty with no squats and no lunges! It is pilates inspired so it incorporates a lot of pulsing movements to target and sculpt major muscle groups- glutes, hamstrings, back, core, shoulders & quads. This beginner friendly workout video is a timed with a circuit countdown timer. This circuit can be done at home and is apartment friendly- no jumping, no equipment needed. I love to incorporate pilates style workouts like this when I need a break from lifting weights and cardio, but still want a workout that will but increase muscle tone and definition!
