RV Tips and Tricks Dead Broke at 50 Part 1 Downsizing tiny house living again

Dead broke and hard times coming, what do we do. Tiny house living is a option. We lived in our RV for 5 years before moving into the house we live in now. The house we live in now is 3000 sqft if you count the casita. We bought the house so that my parents could live with us. If I had to do that again I would not have done it but it's over now and we have moved them into assisted living facility. Now we can Down size again and go back to saving money for our retirement. We live in some of the best times but also some of the most challenging times in history. One be problem i am seeing looking at new houses and property for sale is this. Wages have not gone up, I make less now than I did 20 years ago. The problem with this is I can't afford a new house that cost 400K and put any money away for retirement. I think this is catching up with us very fast in the US. No one can predict what's going to happen now that all the big Governments just print money when they need it. That's not a option for us yet, but maybe someday hahaha.

I woke up on my 50th birthday dead broke. Not a fun feeling, to say the least. I had to take a close look at my relationship with money and come up with a plan to save for my future. Fortunately, I got my financial act together and am now well on the way to retirement.
