I got denied to fly by an airline despite my advance parole

This video was frustrating to edit. My takeaway is that I always want to be someone that is willing to listen and learn, because we don't always have all the answers. I was thankful for the agent that was trying to help us even if we still got denied, and I am extra thankful with the supervisor at JetBlue for taking the time to investigate and ask questions to get me the help that I needed.
