There is no end in sight for Canada's fentanyl-fuelled opioid crisis. In the first half of 2018 at least 2,000 people died of overdoses across the country, a slight increase over last year. Amid all that death, Moss Park Overdose Prevention Site in Toronto is a place of life. The National got inside the site to see how it works, and what it means to the people who use it.
