HISTORIC 1909 FREIGHT TRAIN CAR, WRECKAGE DISCOVERED ON SHASTA LAKE

Due to drought conditions Shasta Lake water levels dropped to the 2nd lowest lake level since the lake was created in 1945, many artifacts from the past are emerging to the light of day once again. Highway 99, foundations, Railroad tunnels and now a derailed train car from a 1909 derailment along the Sacramento river. Ryan "Rizzle" Hammond, James White, Zach Stevens and Mariah Stevens found the train car on September 9th 2021.
