Throwback Thursday - What Would You Do Different Knowing What You Now Know?! (GIE + EXPO talk)

I don't know about you guys, but I would do things totally different if I was to start the Lawn Care Business over today. Would you?

I really enjoy the Lawn Care Life, but I think I would build the business differently if I started it all over again.

I would make the GIE EXPO a top priority.

I would find more guys like Shubie with JBS Lawn & Landscaping and Nick with Mulch Mate and just listen to everyone's story.

I would think about adding more services in the off season to add additional revenue and keep the guys busy year round. Like maybe picking up that Steiner or Ventrac with multiple attachments to keep em busy through the winter months.

A lot of guys showed interest in getting our daily Instagram Stories or something similar and uploading them to our YouTube Channel.
