In this video, Part 2, I cut out the blade using an angle grinder and get it to it's final shape on my 2x72 belt grinder using Norton Blaze belts. First I make a template, grind the scale of the blade stock, cut out the knife and finish it's shape of on the grinder. You could do all the same work with a hacksaw and files. In the next video in this series I'll be grinding the bevels. Thanks for watching.
