I had some viewers asking me about my mixing/mastering process when it comes to my beats, and honestly, it’s quite straightforward.

I am by no means an expert when it comes to mixing and mastering, all of what I’ve learned had purely come from the necessity. If I wasn’t going to do it, nobody would.

That being said, tune in and watch how I go through an entire mix of a beat, from the processing within the MPC, all the way to the 2 track mix and master in Ableton.

On another note, the beat we are working with today came from a cancelled project that I absolutely love, and I’m so grateful to give this instrumental a new purpose, and I hope that the walkthrough can provide a little value to all of the early supporters that I am so grateful for.
