TIPS FOR WORKING WITH YOUR GUIDES:
(1) Talk to Them
(2) Ask them to influence your inner world, or to guide you from within
(3) When you are stuck, ask them to help YOU see things in a new way
(4) Say “Thank You” for clear moments of guidance (to help you remember)
(5) When a problem persists, and you’ve already asked for help repeatedly, give it a little time
(6) Have fun! Remember that Spirit Communication can feel like imagination. Laugh! Enjoy!
(7) Focus on interventions for you, not others. “Please help ME to better understand the true intention behind ____’s behavior.”
(8) Slow down!!! Remove distractions
