Refactoring Elasticbeanstalk Infrastructure for Production Readiness

This episode runs through refactoring exercise to update the elastic beanstalk infrastructure to be production ready with bare minimum setup which includes:
- creating a domain for the application via route 53
- securing the website using TLS via certificate manager
- separating application deployment from infrastructure deployment
