The Man Overboard Drill (also known as a Crew Overboard Drill). This video shows you the most effective way to get your crew member back on board.

01:45 Point! Make sure the helmsperson can see you, keep your eyes on the person in the water
02:17 How fast you lose sight of someone who falls overboard
02:41 Throw! Throw a life ring, buoy or other MOB device to the person upwind of them
02:52 Start your engines if your under sail
03:00 Drop your sails & furl as fast as your can
03:10 Motor 3-5 boat lengths downwind from the crew in the water
03:30 Turn into the wind and get lined up using flags or other instruments
03:45 lower engine speed to idle forward - slow down
04:09 Aim right for them on the same side as the helm
04:20 Go to neutral 1-2 boat lengths from the COB
