Everquest: A Retrospective

A kind of retrospective review of one of my all time favorite games: EverQuest from what I consider to be its glory days between 1999-2004. I look at how certain things that used to be the norm back when MMORPG gaming was first created are now unheard of and how other things have been taken and improved on in other games to become the industry standard. I apologise if some of the information in this video is a bit sketchy, the majority of the facts I just took from memory and considering I stopped playing the game 10 years ago things may have become skewed or completely changed.

So I intended to have this out in early March for the EverQuest 14th Anniversary but Uni holidays ended before I managed to finish it so it unfortunately got put on hold until now.

There are so many things I could have added but I didnt want the video to drag on any longer than it did. So if you have any fun memorable or quirky facts that didn't make it in here (like the big section I had about raiding and flagging that I ended up scrapping) feel free to throw them down in the comments.
