Respected Sir,

Sub: Rescue of my husband stuck up in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for the last eight years-Req-Reg.

This is to state that my husband Mubeshir Sultan resident of H No: 18-8-233/25/A Riyasat Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana State holder of Indian Passport No: T1700472 who went to work as a house driver with Zaid Baswar (+966553559969) in Makkah, Saudi Arabia during 2014 and performing duty very well and was being paid properly, After working for two years he came on a vacation and joined duty again during Aug 2016.

That on 3rd July 2018 while he was driving his car he was hit by another car in which his Kafeel Car got damaged, As the damage was not so big his Kafeel didn’t said him anything and he continued his job. After some days of accident his Kafeel asked him to pay 20,000 SR and permitted him to drive a taxi and pay the amount, he started driving a taxi in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and paid 5000 SR in five instalments and as his Aqama was about to expire he asked his Kafeel to renew his aqama but instead of renewing his iqama his Kafeel and his brothers forcibly took signature on some papers and put up a case against him in court.

My husband attempted suicide in front of his Kafeel house and was taken to Al Noor Hospital in Makkah, Saudi Arabia and was on bed for nearly one month. After one month the person whose car he was driving as a taxi also put up a case on my husband asking him to pay Rs/ 8,000 SR, now he is having two cases against him due to which he is unable to come back for the last eight years. My husband has been left in lurch in Jeddah who is not having any accommodation to live; here there is no one to look after me and my two Children who are pursuing studies, since last eight years due to no job my husband is unable to send any money due to which I am facing too much financial problems in paying school fees, house rent, buying groceries etc.

Kindly ask the Indian Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or the Indian Consulate in Jeddah to interfere and settle my husband's cases and see that he returns safely as soon as possible.My husband can be contacted on +966572265960.
