Sony ZV 1 | Should you shoot everything in auto?

Should you shoot everything in auto with the Sony ZV-1? Should you shoot in Program Auto, Aperture Priority or even Shutter Priority mode? This video gives example of each auto mode in the Sony ZV-1. When shooting in these auto modes, you're going to be missing out on that cinematic motion blur in the majority of clips.
