Half-Kneeling Hip Flexion to Extension Switches

-Kneel on one knee.
-Shift forward until you feel a stretch in the front of your back leg/hip. You may put your hands on the ground if needed to feel a deeper stretch. Hold up to 20 seconds.
-Then, shift your hips backwards until you feel a stretch in the back of your front leg. Try to bend from your hips, not your back (keeping your back straight). You may put your hands on the ground if needed to feel a deeper stretch. Hold up to 20 seconds.
-Repeat switching back and forth, then switch sides.
