As a full time auto technician at a new car dealership I see many cars every single day and almost daily there's an issue with a customer. Some it's the dealership's fault and some, if i'm being honest, the customer's fault.

You read stories all over the internet about bad car dealership experiences from the customer's perspective but there's also 2 sides to every story. Here are some of the stories that I can share with you on that.
