As the Principal driving Business Development for Hawkins Point Partners, Heather has a consistent record of outperforming sales quotas, developing new business, building strong client relationships, and effectively managing time, teams, and territories. With 20 years in the IT services space, Heather has extensive experience in collaboratively designing, recommending, and implementing technology solutions to best fit our clients' unique circumstances.

Heather spent ten years as Vice President of CIBER's New England operation where she managed all sales, marketing, and delivery operations for a $30M business unit delivering projects, staffing resources, and outsourced IT solutions; from application development and maintenance; managed services; on- and off-shore outsourcing; infrastructure, architecture, and support, to IT operations. Heather also spent time in leaderships roles with with both Collaborative Consulting and Ajilon Services. Heather is a graduate of Boston College.
