Build POWER in Preseason

Week 2: Later in the week I was able to join in with more speed/conditioning work. Confident I'll be over a 100% by the end of this month.

The training session:
Warm ups - Monster walks, shoulder mobility, dynamic.
1)
Overhead Toss + 10 Yard Sprint
2)
SLRDL + Banded Kettlebell Deadlift + Negative Pull-ups + Eccentric Push-ups
3)
Stir the pot (advanced) - 15 reps each way / 4 sets
Ab roller - 10 reps / 4 sets
Push-up dead-bug - 15 reps each / 4 sets
4)
