As you guys know I've been on my fitness & habit tracking game for 2023, so I thought the 75 Soft Challenge would take things to a new level! Some of my goals for the challenge are doing a 45 minute workout everyday, having 1 active recovery day each week, getting in 7,000 steps, drinking LOTS of water, & more. Hopefully this gives you some fitness & workout motivation and inspires you to go after your own fitness and exercise goals in 2023!
