Kavanaugh addresses questions over 2003 email that says Roe v. Wade is not 'settled law'

In the final round of questioning of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein pressed the judge over a 2003 email in which he wrote that he wasn't "sure that all legal scholars refer to Roe as the settled law of the land at the Supreme Court level since Court can always overrule its precedent, and three current Justices on the Court would do so."

Kavanaugh, explaining the email to the Calfornia senator, said it wasn't a reflection of his own views but what maybe "legal scholars" may say about the landmark case.
