Visiting (Mike's) Happy Place!🍫 (Super C RVing)

In this episode of Wandering Wagners, our trip almost ended before it got started! When we tried to leave Artillery Ridge Campground in Gettysburg, PA, our Nexus Wraith Super C RV started to slide downhill every time we would let off the brake!
We decided to un-hook the Jeep Wrangler and see if that would help. Mike got a "running start" up the hill on the driveway out of the park while Lynn drove her Jeep and followed behind.
IT WORKED! we were able to get out of the campground, where we drove up the road to the Visitors Center RV parking lot and re-hooked the Jeep and got on our way to Harrisburg, PA to our next campground, Harrisburg East Campground.

While in Harrisburg area we visited Indian Echo Caverns and did the tour where we got to see so many cool formations of stalactites and stalagmites! There was even an underground pool of crystal clear water! The caverns are always 52 degrees so it made for a great way to warm up from the much cooler Winter air outside.

After the caverns we decided to go to Hershey and visit Chocolate World and do the free tour and check out some of the great candy selections they had to offer. Mike loves Hershey's chocolate so he was in heaven!

the next day was a recharge and relax day where we did laundry and restocked groceries and even grilled burgers because it was such a warm winters day.

After relaxing a bit more, we decided it was time to move on and head a little further West. Stay tuned until next time! See ya!
