What is the Grey Rock Method?

Grey Rock is a term first coined in 2012 in an article by a blogger named Skylar. It refers to making yourself so boring an uninteresting to a narcissistic person that they just leave you alone. It is a technique many people practice when having to manage the toxic people in their lives when no contact isn't an option.

In this video Darren Magee outlines the Grey Rock method, looks at where it came from, what it looks like in practice and both the pros and cons of using this technique.
