How to Cook Chinese Street Food at Home (Grilled Cold Noodles) 英国爸妈在家做烤冷面

I sent Han Meimei and Bobu all the ingredients they needed to create one of the tastiest, no-frills Chinese street food dishes in their own kitchen.

That's right, they cooked their very own kao lengmian, or grilled cold noodles (which in fact are neither grilled nor cold). Plus, my mom took on the role of camerawoman and captured my dad's culinary skills!
