Along with the convenience and efficiency brought by the advancement of technology comes the darker side of the internet. Maj. Carlos Tingson enlightens the audience with the danger of the dark web by explaining in-depth how it works and by giving real-life situations as examples.
Carlos serves as a consultant for the National Cyber Security in the Philippines. His extensive network and work experience on cybersecurity pushed him in the spotlight where he advocates internet safety in different institutions. With the rise of various cyber crimes, his work is needed now more than ever.
