I'm telling you this because some people made comments about the interview not being "creative enough" because the questions were asked a thousand times before. It's important that you know that in interviews at this level, usually there is a negotiation, and more when the athlete is on the spotlight and in the middle of a lot of polemic. They get tons of petitions for interviews about her current status in skating, new competitions, new coach, etc...
But the parents want to protect her child and wanted to avoid any novelty topic. They allowed only a little bit about her current team. That's all.
And it's important to respect their decision and thank them for the oportunity their giving us for this beautiful interview.
