The Emergency Broadcast System (EBS), was aan emergency warning system, used on radio & TV in the USA from 1963 to 1997. The system was established to provide the President of the United States, an quick way of communicating with the American public in the event of war, threat of war, or grave national crisis. This EBS test was recorded from WABC, in March 1980.
